LINCOLNVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) – A man has been arrested in connection to a shooting that occurred the evening of Sept. 26, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies arrested Sencere Vonteay Lee Gilliard, 18, of Summerville on Thursday, after officers received reports of a person shooting at a vehicle in Lincolnville.
