NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – North Charleston Police say a search conducted during a traffic stop put a man behind bars on multiple charges. Devon Simmons, 45, faces charges that include possession of a firearm by a convicted violent felon, unlawful possession of a handgun, and two drug charges, according to jail records.
