Charleston-based Cru Catering is expanding its footprint with the addition of a historic event space in Hollywood, South Carolina. The acquisition of the property will usher in the 25th anniversary of Cru Catering next year, in which owner/executive chef John Zucker and long-time business partner Justin Broome will mark by offering full-service events at the property, according to a news release.
