CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Charleston Police say teens who range in age from 13 to 16 years old, are being charged in a pair of downtown carjackings. A 13-year-old and a 14-year-old face two counts of carjacking and two counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and additional charges of breaking into a motor vehicle, Lt. Anthony Gibson said.
