$1 million Powerball ticket sold in Mt. Pleasant

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – If you recently bought a Powerball ticket in Mount Pleasant you might want to check your ticket, as someone has become $1 million richer!

Lottery officials say the winner bought a ticket from the Publix Supermarket at 1000 Johnnie Dodds Blvd in Mount Pleasant. The ticket matched all five white ball numbers drawn to win $1 million.

Powerball draw results from Saturday were 2 – 12 – 46 – 52 – 65 and Powerball 3.

Players have 180 days to claim from the date of drawing to claim their prizes.

Lottery officials say the odds of winning $1 million are 1 in 11,688,054.

The estimated jackpot for Wednesday night’s drawing is $315 million.
