CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is seeking new leads in a homicide case that is 14 years old Wednesday. Chad Montez Brown, 18 at the time, was killed at a private party being held on Belgrade Avenue in Charleston on Oct. 23, 2010, the sheriff’s office said.
