MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) – The Mount Pleasant Police Department has charged a man accused of breaking into cars after finding him under a home’s porch. Mount Pleasant Police Sergeant Ashely Croy said officers responded just before 3 a.m. Thursday to Hidden Boulevard following reports of a vehicle break-in.
