(WCIV) – (UPDATE) According to an official the individual who was inside the submerged vehicle has been found safe as of 8:30 a.m. (UPDATE) As of 6:17 a.m. officers with the North Charleston Police Department have located the submerged vehicle and divers are going into the water to investigate further.
