NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – North Charleston Police have charged a 17-year-old in a hit and run that left a cyclist dead earlier this month. The teen, whose name was not released because of his age, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving death, according to police spokesman Harve Jacobs.
