CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The rain chances will be low and the temperatures will be high as we wrap up the month of October here in the Lowcountry. Expect a sunnier, drier day today with highs in the low 80s this afternoon. Similar weather can be expected for Halloween with a less than 20% chance of rain. Temperatures will cool from afternoon highs in the 80s to the low to mid 70s as the kids head out trick-or-treating Thursday evening. Highs will stay in the low to mid 80s through Saturday before cooling a bit into the 70s Sunday.
