An executive with deep Charleston ties has been named the CEO of a national non-profit organization. Common Impact, a nonprofit that fosters purposeful partnerships between prominent companies nationwide and leading nonprofits to propel social good, has appointed Rachel Hutchisson as its interim CEO for at least the next 12 months, according to a news release. Hutchisson brings a proven track record of building and scaling initiatives that drive results in corporate philanthropy, social responsibility, and nonprofit landscapes.
