SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) – Half a million dollars is going towards a study to find out ways to relieve congestion along North Main Street from Highway 78 over I-26 in Summerville. The project is in the early stages of preliminary engineering and is part of the regional Transportation Improvement Plan.
