CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Our next storm system from the west will bring more clouds into our area today. We will be mostly cloudy throughout the day with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Rain chances increase overnight through Monday as our front approaches the area. A few showers will be possible, but widespread heavy rain is not expected for our area. Highs will reach the low 80s for Veterans Day Monday, but will cool back down behind the front. With high pressure rebuilding north of our area, a cooler wind will hold temperatures into the low to mid 70s on Tuesday, followed by a stretch of 60s and low 70s for the second half of the upcoming week.
