CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Charleston Police confirmed Monday afternoon the driver of a school bus involved in a crash Monday morning has been cited in that accident. The driver, whose name was not immediately released, was found to have contributed to the collision and was cited for driving too fast for conditions, Sgt. Chris Stinson confirmed.
