CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office says a man has been charged in connection to a shooting that took place over the weekend. Andrew Michael Fulp, 44, of Johns Island, was arrested Saturday night and charged with attempted murder and discharging a firearm into a dwelling.
