CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A historic sculpture depicting centuries of state military service has found a new home at The Citadel. Members of the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition, the Citadel and the South Carolina National Guard unveiled the South Carolina Army National Guard panel for public viewing on Monday. It was designed in 1953 by Charleston sculptor William Hirsch.
