I was gobsmacked when, during the most recent episode of Southern Charm, JT noted, “I don’t identify as rich.” This dude! The thing is, if you look at JT, you can tell he has a bit of money. Between his swag and blatant privilege , he stands before fans as a man who knows how to work hard for his money. JT was kind enough to give fans a tour of his The Inns property. The historic property is right next door to King Street and boasts Charleston brick design and luxury finishes. JT built the luxury property from the ground up and he lamented about when it was just dirt and dumpsters.
