Chilly stretch for the next several weeks!

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The weather pattern has changed and colder than average temperatures are expected for the foreseeable future. Expect sunny skies today and highs in the mid 50s. Temperatures will fall quickly this evening with overnight lows in the upper 20s and low 30s inland, upper 30s at the beaches. A weak cold front will move through Friday bringing a fresh shot of chilly air for the weekend. Highs will struggle to reach 50° on Saturday. We’ll warm up briefly early next week with our next rain chance of Monday. Cooler weather will return Tuesday with the potential for a very cold shot of air late next week. We’ll keep you updated!
