CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Police in Charleston arrested a woman Friday who is accused of stealing Christmas presents from a porch in downtown Charleston last December.
58-year-old Irish Breland was charged with property crime enhancement, the Charleston Police Department said via X.
