CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Charleston saw the rent costs of one and two-bedroom unitres decrease in March, according to a National Rent Report from Zumper.
The Holy City, which ranked No. 18 on the most expensive city to rent list, experienced a 1% decrease in the price of one-bedroom units, while two-bedroom units dropped by 1.2% throughout March.
New York City remained the nation’s most expensive rental market, with one-bedroom rent rising again in March, now just $30 shy of its all-time high that was reached in the summer and fall months last year.
