CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council has been collecting annual data for more than a decade with a goal of turning the findings into sustainable improvements for Charleston County’s criminal justice system.
“The Charleston County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council serves to be the conduit between Justice System Data and action in our county,” Charleston County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council Research Manager Ashleigh Wojslawowicz said.
Wojslawowicz said the report establishes the foundation for how evidence-based decision making is done in Charleston County.
