BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Deputies in Berkeley County recently conducted an operation in local residential neighborhoods that resulted in 12 criminal cases.
The weeklong operation, which took place from Mar. 31 to Apr. 4, saw deputies conducting patrols in all Cane Bay subdivisions and in Nexton, Sangaree, Hunters Bend, Tall Pines, Treeland, College Park Estates, St. James Estates, Sedgefield, and Foster Creek.
“This operation reflects our continued commitment to making our neighborhoods safer,” said Sheriff Duane Lewis. “We’ve heard the concerns from the community, and we’re taking action to ensure that drivers are held accountable and that our streets are safe for everyone.”…
