CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston Police Department says it is investigating a deadly crash between a box truck and pedestrian that happened just before 2 p.m. on Friday.
Officials say a Isuzu box truck was turning into Charles Towne Landing from Old Towne Road before it hit an adult pedestrian that was trying to cross the road. The driver of the truck stopped immediately and cooperated with investigators.
