Quiet Tuesday, then rain chances increase through late week!

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Dry conditions remain in the forecast tonight and Tuesday, but plan accordingly for an increase in rain chances Wednesday and into the upcoming weekend!

Aloft, an upper-level low is slowly drifting away from the Carolinas, keeping any developing showers well offshore. With drier air and mainly clear skies expected to prevail, overnight lows should cool to around 60° in the Charleston Metro, while 50s will become common inland.

Tuesday will be a repeat of the previous day as dry weather continues and afternoon highs look to return to the low to mid 80s inland (70s at the beaches)…
