NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Twin brothers were arrested Wednesday after attempting to take apart an air conditioning unit at the top of a store on Rivers Avenue, an incident report from the North Charleston Police Department states.
Around 5 a.m., officers arrived at the At Home Store on Rivers Avenue regarding someone attempting to damage a business. It was then that officers ran into Adam Lehr and Austin Lehr, who allegedly possessed tools in their bags used to destroy an AC unit, according to an incident report.
Through video evidence, officers observed Adam climb the side of the building and begin disassembling the AC unit. As he did so, he threw the metal he cut off the unit to the ground, where Austin attempted to bend it…
