NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Joint Base Charleston held a large simulation of mass casualty incidents Thursday in preparation for the Charleston Airshow next year.
Eighteen different medical groups from across the Lowcountry took part in the simulation, supporting JBC’s first responders.
