CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The College of Charleston is planning an expansion of its student housing with a planned 1,200 bed student-residence complex.
Coming Street Commons will include about 1,000 new beds to add to the current 200 beds located at the 99 St. Philip facility. The design will feature multiple common areas to foster student success, community engagement and a vibrant living-learning environment.
