LOWCOUNTRY, S.C. (WCIV) — June 17 will mark ten years since the tragic shooting at Mother Emanuel AME Church that killed nine people. As the ten year anniversary approaches, the son of one of the victims is giving people something to smile about in this time of remembrance.
