Charleston’s MUSC closes part of ER due to plumbing issue, hospital officials confirm

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The Medical University of South Carolina temporarily closed a section of their Emergency Department in Charleston after a plumbing issue was identified, according to a hospital spokesperson.

Patient care “has continued without interruption,” the spokesperson said.
