Charleston Southern, CCSD announce launch of new dual enrollment initiative

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The Charleston County School District and Charleston Southern University announced the launch of a new dual enrollment initiative for local high school students this week.

The CSU-CCSD Collegiate Pathways Program was unveiled on Wednesday and will pilot at North Charleston High School, RB Stall High School, and St. John’s High School this fall.

“We are grateful for our partnership with CSU that will expand opportunities for our students,” said CCSD Superintendent Anita Huggins. “This initiative not only allows them to earn college credit while still in high school but also empowers them to take charge of their academic journey and future success.
