Man faces multiple charges after North Charleston Police investigate shots fired

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Police arrested a man accused of firing shots in a North Charleston parking lot.

Desmond Leondreae Davis, 35, is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted violent felon, possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person convicted of certain crimes, possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person convicted of drug charges, and discharging a firearm, according to jail records.

Police responded at approximately 5:24 a.m. Sunday a report of a man dressed in all black getting out of a Grand Marquis and firing shots in the parking lot of Greenridge Apartments on Crossroads Drive, an incident report states…
