CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A Florida man who faces over 30 charges related to reckless driving in the City of Charleston was extradited on Sunday.
Ramon Enoch Ortiz, 48, of Jacksonville, FL, was booked at the Berkeley County Detention Center following a months-long investigation that started in February.
