NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A 30-year-old man is facing a slew of charges after allegedly crashing into a Toyota while driving drunk and injuring two women in the process, according to a North Charleston police report.
Kevin Serrano is charged with two counts of felony driving under the influence causing great bodily injury, one count of reckless driving, one count of open container in a vehicle, and one count of driving without a license, according to police records.
The charges stem from a Sunday, July 13, event where, around 10:28 p.m., officers with the North Charleston Police Department witnessed a high-speed crash on Rivers Avenue and Greenbridge Road between a red Fiat and a silver Toyota at speeds believed to be at least 100 miles per hour…
