Man pleads guilty to manslaughter in 2018 shooting that killed 1

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A man will spend 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to a shooting that killed another man on Alton Street in North Charleston in 2018.

Kenneth Siguenza pleaded guilty to manslaughter and aggravated assault in the shooting that killed 33-year-old Eston Shoaf on Dec. 23, 2018.

The shooting happened after Shoaf was driving down Alton Street and stopped for a tractor on the road. Shoaf got out of his truck and argued with Siguenza, who was on the tractor, trying to get him to move, according to police…
