70-year-old killed after hit and run collision in Charleston: coroner

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A 70-year-old was killed Friday after being struck while attempting to cross the street in a wheelchair, according to the Charleston County Coroner’s Office.

Oliver Krauth died at the Medical University of South Carolina from blunt force injuries around 9:41 p.m. Friday, Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal said.
