‘This is uncalled for’: Service dog hit by vehicle after police encounter

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A North Charleston family is seeking legal help after a service dog was hit during a police encounter.

On July 8, North Charleston Police officers mistakenly identified Angelo Whitewolf as a wanted man, setting off a chain of events that almost took his dog’s life.
