NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department has welcomed a new K-9 to the team.
K-9 Koda, a German Shorthaired Pointer, is a single-purpose tracking K-9, who was certified through the International Police Working Dog Association.
