CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A hearing regarding a lawsuit filed by the owners of townhomes near Dockside Condominiums is scheduled for Tuesday in a downtown Charleston courtroom.
Residents at Dockside Condos were told to evacuate back in February due to structural concerns. Shortly after that, residents in the nearby townhomes were also ordered to leave.
