NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Detectives arrested and charged three people in connection with a July 21 shooting off Dorchester Road that injured several people.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to the area of Dorchester Road and Andrews Street for a reported shooting. Once there, they found multiple people suffering from gunshot wounds.
