Hollywood man arrested after deputies find dogs living in poor conditions

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A 47-year-old Hollywood man was arrested last week on animal cruelty charges after deputies seized five dogs from his home.

Harry Brown Jr. was booked on five counts for the ill treatment of animals on Tuesday, July 22. He has since been released from the Al Cannon Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
