CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — A flash flood warning was issued Friday night for Charleston County.
Target locations expected to experience flooding include North Charleston, Downtown Charleston, Daniel Island, West Ashley, Charleston Naval Complex, The Citadel, Columbus Street Terminal, Medical University Of South Carolina, Marion Square and Cooper River Marina, according to the National Weather Service.
