NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Two people have been charged in the July fatal shooting of a 13-year-old on Azalea Drive, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
20-year-old Jalin McCormick and was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Task Force, and 18-year-old Carlise Noble Jr., turned himself in to authorities on Aug. 4.
