Man arrested in Shem Creek after allegedly causing scene and threatening officials

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) — A man was arrested Sunday after causing a disturbance in Shem Creek, according to the Mount Pleasant Police Department.

Joel Gratton was charged with public disorderly conduct, felony threatening a public official, resisting arrest and trespassing.
