NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – North Charleston Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing vulnerable adult.
David Chapman, 33, was last seen on Saturday at Midland Park Residential Home, according to North Charleston Police.
Chapman stands 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 238 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a royal blue t-shirt, blue jeans and a bracelet showing his name and the facility’s address…
