SULLIVAN’S ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) – A truck driver from Pennsylvania was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly dumped an 18-wheeler in the water off Sullivan’s Island.
Major P. Duke, 39, of Erie, Pa., was taken into custody after he was released from the hospital. He is charged with indecent exposure, dumping litter over 500 pounds on private/public property, and malicious damage to personal property valued at $10,000 or more.
He is currently held at the Al Cannon Detention Center…
