ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCBD) – A driver was ticketed this week after police on the Isle of Palms said the person ignored school bus stop signals.
The traffic violation happened Thursday on Palm Boulevard near 54th Avenue. It was the third day of the new school year for Charleston County students.
