CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A long-time flood resistance project could soon be a big step closer to construction, as the City of Charleston Public Works Committee is meeting on Monday night to discuss the Battery Extension Project, among other flood resilience projects.
Charleston City Council will meet this week to take a closer look at short, medium and long-term budgets, as well as consider authorizing the mayor to sign off for action in the design process.
