Charleston County deputies remind public of Narcan stands after overdose spike

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is reminding the community of Narcan stands following a spike in overdoses across the county.

Deputies say that on Wednesday, there were six overdoses in a span of eight hours, with two being fatal. Two incidents listed heroin as a substance, with one incident as fatal.
