Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office fires deputy after learning about Mount Pleasant indecent exposure investigation

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A deputy with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office has been fired after officials discovered he was part of an investigation into an indecent exposure incident.

Sheriff Duane Lewis told News 2 that one of their deputies, Jeffrey Wilson, was terminated last week after learning about a criminal investigation by the Mount Pleasant Police Department.
