As part of a comprehensive study to evaluate the feasibility of converting Coming Street, Rutledge Avenue, and Ashley Avenue from one-way to two-way traffic, the City of Charleston is hosting a public meeting on Thursday, Sept. 4, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church (57 Pitt Street). The meeting will provide an opportunity for residents, business owners, and stakeholders to review the study’s findings, ask questions, and share feedback.
